Summary: If you're not satisfied, you can return any books for a full refund, less 15% to cover lost shipping and fees. Please try to re-use the original packaging or something similar that will protect the book in transit.

Return Policy

Books and other Dumagrad merchandise purchased from http://dumagrad.com can be returned up to 30 days from the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange, less 15% restocking fee, unless otherwise indicated. (We will make it very obvious if a product can't be returned.) All returned items must be in their original state and deemed by Dumagrad to be unworn/unread/undamaged before they can be accepted for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the postal charge on returned items with the exception of orders in which the wrong item was shipped. Before returning your item please contact us at info [at] dumagrad.com and state the reason for your return and your preference for an exchange or refund.

Billing and Accounts, etc

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
